Enter.. Stage left… Laura’s Corsa SRI
The runabout, the car you don’t mind leaving down that slightly dodgy street..everybody has access to one and the poor thing is often forgotten about , never washed and dumped at the back of a showstand. Well, thats kind of how Laura’s corsa has been for the last few years. Lugging heavy speakers to shows, taking people on nights out and never once seeking the limelight.
How times have changed… The plucky little vauxhall has just come out of Elite Bodyworx with some new tricks up its sleeve and ready to grab the attention its so sorely missed. The team at Elite have gone all smooth , going for a smooth front bumper including the number plate recess and a smooth rear bumper. The car was already sat nicely on some coilovers and the painted corsa SRI wheels really hit this thing off.
Its hard to look individual with such a common car on our streets but with all its little touches this corsa is now rolling with the big boys.
” i was never going for the fibreglass bodykit look ” explained Laura and we think she made the right decision, the whole smooth look including the boot just works well with the lines of the Vauxhall.
As we pull up at the side of Hedon road for a cheeky shot of the car, its almost immediate to see the impact this car has on the public, with one bus driver slowing down to nearly 10 mph just to catch a look ! not that laura minds the attention and it certainly made for a better photo…
