Here are some examples of the cars undergoing work this year, we have Dean who still has his amazing Nissan Skyline R33 but is now working on restoring this beautiful VW polo back to its former glory. Dean has already spend well over £1000 on getting this polo back on track, new seats , powerflow exhaust are a few parts dean has installed. Im sure given time Dean can have this car purring like a cat and looking the part..
The next car on our list is Simon Pickerings insane 106, there isnt an evening that goes by that i havnt had a text from Simon saying '' have you seen this.. have you seen that '' and my god does this kid know what he is doing.. the car was not far off a bare shell when he started and with custom bodyparts, metal side skirts, air ride and many other custom audio parts to go into this french beast, we are sure its going to be a show stopper.
FNM will have a shoot on this car once its nearing completion.
Ahh... the next car, tis that of Dan Clarke, Clarkey's car reached the dizzy heights of fame a few years ago being featured in Max Power and turning heads all over with its lovely BMW cream & Lambo orange combo but one night on the way back from the cruise, the clio came close to its death. Any other modifier i think would have said, thats enough for me , but months of ragging on facebook later, here it is.. in primer and ready to be painted. This will be a big car in 2011 with its newly fitted engine and new paint scheme...
Following on from Suki the Skyline that left the FNM ranks in November Rich looks to up his game with this little japanese pocket rocket.
Rich has already got a carbon bonnet, boot , new wheels , new front bumper and skirts and is booked into FNM sponsors Elite bodyworx for a full new paint job. The car we are told is going a lot lower and de-spoilered so its going to be very hella style as it where.
We will have an exclusive shoot on this car once it has been completed.
Stevo's car is the next up, the plans for this car have been kept very close to his chest, probably for a bit of mystery.. and why not ? Stevo was planning on selling up for a passat but in the end, kept the trusty vauxhall. We believe a lot of smoothing and possibly a roof box is on the cards.. but we shall see.
The next car we have is rooksy's punto which will include some air for 2011 and lots of flocking, thats pretty much all we can work out from his progress thread so far but the moral of this blog is that there are a lot of interesting projects on our forums and we are just scratching the surface here, we have Ells Supra, Baz's Passat and much more. This really is going to be a huge year for Fast-N-Modded and with a plan to represent the north of England at some foreign shows it should be a cracker.
