Report - York Cruise

A little like Guinness.. good things come to those who wait..and thats exactly what we go with York Cruise. Its been a long time coming since the boys in York got back on the cruise map but when Mallo, Yorkie, Azza and a few of their partners in crime hit us up about a big cruise at York we thought, well.. why the hell not !

Its only a 40minute drive from FNM HQ to Clifton Moor where the cruise is held, we all met up at Hollywood Bowl and cruised along down the a 1079 to a mixture of sun and some rather nasty looking clouds which looked worse than miss Mayos sick from the night before..

Arriving at Clifton Moor for the start time of 8pm we soon realised that York was having it large ! the carpark was already starting to fill up with some of the norths freshest cars and one thing that stood out for us was the range of different ' scenes '. Supras, Skylines, Mustangs, Dubs, Super cars , Bikes & even a tractor rocked up to show its support..there really was something for everyone to enjoy at this cruise.

As the night went on the pops and bangs became more regular with flames being chucked out of exhausts like they where going out of fashion. One car that stood out particularly was a green 106 with s2000 rear lights, full red leather interior and fresh on the norths cruise scene. The regulars where out in attendance with Yorkies Saxo still looking fresher than a pack of spearmint polos, Azza's low fiesta hugging the tarmac, Dano's liquid white fabia the night was always going to be a sure fire hit..but if you wern't there don't worry, we sent our little camera monkey Rich out to catch the action !
