Report - Ultimate Dubs 2011

The morning after the day before, writing a blog can sometimes be hard work but after a 5:30am start we where in no fit state last night to write up the blog.. but in truth this has probably helped as it has given us time to reflect on what turned out to be a top day, gleaming paint, dope wheels and everything in between..but for us the day was great but for the reasons you would expect..
As mentioned before, we had to set off early for this one, picking up a few FNM'ers on the way and car sharing from Scunthorpe, we did it in true style.. scrubbin' all the way to Telford.

Bit of a roadtrip...

Ratty's Tom Tom decided to take us via every bumpy country road it could find and through lots of little pokey villages and towns. This added to the fun in reality as it meant having fun with the locals with the infamous '' bus w*nkers '' at every bus stop and '' alright Grandad ! '' at every old person we saw.. ok i know we are all getting on a bit now, well, Rich is.. but its good fun and passes the time and with a quick stop at Mcd's to help Powley sober up we hit Ultimate Dubs 2011.

Straight away we where greeted with some clean fresh metal, with Rotiform hitting it hard this year and we had a lot of respect for the matching white audi estates which looked hard on their stand. The finish on most cars was ridiculously high compared to other shows FNM Blog attend and with the DJ spinning some right tunes it wasn't long before we where in Dub heaven.

For us though the day was brilliant with the perfect blend of outside cars, indoor, music but most of all top mates. So a big shout goes out to Colbeck , JJ , Rooksy, Powley, Ratty , Matt, Liam , Matty and a few others who made it a great day filled with laughs, roll on the next show...
